Youth Villages is seeking dedicated individuals for their Residential Treatment programs. The role involves assisting teachers, providing tutoring, and engaging in community activities. Program Overview
Youth Villages’ Residential Treatment programs serve children with emotional and behavioral problems. Our residential campuses provide an intensive treatment setting that combines structure and freedom, helping children and their families identify, understand, and cope with their needs, and develop skills for success in less restrictive environments. Most of these youth attend fully accredited schools on our campuses.

The role involves prolonged walking and standing, physical agility, and may require running and climbing stairs. Physical interventions with youth may be necessary. Candidates must frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally over 100 pounds, complete CPI and CPR training, pass an agility and strength evaluation, and hold a valid driver’s license.
Our schools operate year-round with small class sizes (8-15 children) to enable personalized attention. We offer tuition and licensure reimbursement, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
Positions are available for both degreed and non-degreed applicants. Experience in a school setting is required, with a preference for those with high school teaching experience and working with children with severe emotional and behavioral needs.
Schedule options include Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm.
