The Teacher Assistant provides grading support for undergraduate classes; development of rubrics for formative and summative assessments; examination and measured assessment of student work; provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to students; data entry and statistical analysis of results.**CORE JOB FUNCTIONS*** Helps Teachers with lesson preparation, including collecting materials and setting up equipment. Reviews lessons or lectures with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups.* Supervises students in class, between classes, and during examinations.* Assists with tracking attendance, grading assignments, and calculating grades.* Gives extra help to students who need special accommodations or are struggling with a concept.
