Job summary

Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) seeks a Teacher Assistant to join our Head Start team in Columbia, MO. You will support the lead teacher in delivering a safe, engaging early learning environment for children aged 0 to 5.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful.

About the Role:

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with our Teacher to create an engaging, structured classroom atmosphere that nurtures the development of children aged 0 to 5 years. You will play a vital role in supporting their health, education, and overall welfare.

Position Details:

• Pay: $15.10 per hour
• Location: Columbia, MO
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday
