Supports the teaching staff, center philosophy, program and the curriculum, assisting with all child care and educational activities. Uses appropriate teaching techniques at all times. Gives children guidance for the proper care and use of supplies, learning materials, and equipment. Understands and knows child's family. Helps with general housekeeping tasks.
