Job summary

The Wayland-Cohocton Central School District is seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide for the Middle School to support teachers and promote a positive learning environment. This role involves assisting with individual and small group instruction, accommodations, and classroom activities, while ensuring student safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting student specific data related to academic, social/emotional, and behavior needs.
• Provide general supervision for groups or individual students.
• Help students to safely navigate the environment.
• Assist with physical care and health related activities.
