Community Action in Aroostook, Washington and Hancock Counties is seeking a Teacher Aide to partner with the classroom teacher, plan and implement activities, and support parent involvement. You will help with field trips, assessments, and ensuring child outcomes align with program goals.
The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, meal preparation, and collaboration with families to support individual plans for children in Early Childhood Education.

The Teacher Aide works cooperatively with Teacher in planning, preparing, and implementing all classroom activities and field trips. Facilitates parent engagement through conferences, home visits, and attendance at parent meetings and encourages classroom volunteer participation.
