Job summary

Wayne Central School District is seeking a probationary Building Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. The role provides classroom and building level support for classified students and supports student independence, prepares instructional materials, and maintains a quiet environment during assessments and transitions.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills to work with children.

• Address behavioral and management needs with students.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor recess.
