Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Kids Stop program with the following:

Who are we?

KidStop Program

Our Kidstop Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs are licensed and accredited by the National Association of the Education of Young Children serving the children and families of the Ware and Palmer, MA area. These various programs provide children from 2 months to 5 years old with care and educational services, keeping the small ratio of teachers to children to ensure the quality of care. Our programs offer a structured curriculum, free play, meals, snacks, planned rest and daily outside play.

What are we looking for in a Teacher?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must meet EEC qualifications for a School Age Group Leader.
  • 1 plus year experience preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid Certified, or the ability to be certified within 3 months.
  • Ability to adapt teaching style as necessary in accordance with EEC standards or as requested by the Center Director.
  • Ability to adapt curriculum to the needs of any child in care.
  • Have the personal qualities to work effectively with children, parents, and staff in a dynamic, busy, and often noisy setting.
  • Is flexible in the acceptance of assignments and work hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
