Job summary

New Horizon Academy Sartell is seeking a childcare teacher for a Preschool Float position with a $19.00–$23.75 hourly wage. You will help create a nurturing classroom, support children’s learning, and work with a dedicated team in a supportive environment.

Candidate should have at least 16 qualifying credits and a passion for early childhood education; full-time schedule approx. 40 hours/week; previous childcare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable with positive work ethic.
• Minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits to qualify as a Teacher under MN Rule 3.
• Able to work full-time (~40 hours/week).
• Passion for working with young children.
• Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
• US citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Able to meet state background check and regulations.
• Ability to perform required duties with/without accommodations.
