Growing Learners in Maine is seeking a high-energy preschool teacher to join our team and support children ages 3 to 4. You will create a safe, nurturing environment, build strong partnerships with families, and design age-appropriate curriculum while inputting daily notes on classroom tablets and collaborating with peers.

We invest in staff development, offer CDA program support and ECE scholarship options, and provide a benefits package.

Qualifications

Job description

Growing Learners is looking for a high energy, positive teacher to join our Preschool team!

We are looking for a primary caregiver in our Preschool classroom teaching ages 3 to 4 years of age.

Responsibilities Include

• Building parent partnerships
• Creating and implementing age appropriate curriculum
• Inputting information about the children's day on your classroom tablets
• Communicating well with other team members

Candidates should enjoy working on a team and are welcome and encouraged to share ideas and be involved in decision making for their program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the early childhood field. We love training and providing educational opportunities for staff. We pay to put interested applicants through the CDA program and also have scholarship options available for those persusing an ECE degree.

All staff receive a monthly bonus that is locked in until July of 2026. (It's currently being reasessed for the upcoming year)
