Job summary

Read Write Learning Center in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Dyslexia Instructor to help students improve reading through a multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach. This part-time role focuses on after-school hours and immediate hire.

You will provide individualized interventions, build rapport with students, and tailor support in a nurturing environment. Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is recommended.

About the Company

Read Write Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Dyslexia Instructor who is passionate about empowering struggling readers, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our students.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic team you will provide one-on-one reading intervention, build rapport and strong working relationships with your students, provide tailored support, and foster a nurturing learning environment. We use a multi-sensory Orton-Gillingham approach to teaching to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. Specialized training will be provided for all tutors, no previous training in dyslexia required, but previous teaching experience or experience working with children in a professional setting is highly preferred.
