Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning and Instruction: Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards; utilize varied instructional strategies and technologies; manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress; provide timely feedback and support; maintain accurate records of performance and progress.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians; collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
