Job summary

English 1 is seeking an experienced ESL teacher or an educator ready to take your teaching skills overseas to China. You’ll teach English to young learners, use award-winning curriculum and digital tools, and join a global community of educators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (any subject).
• ESL certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) preferred/sponsorable.
• Clean background check required.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to young learners ages 3–16 in interactive, high-energy classrooms.
• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.
