Job summary

CA CI? CACI is seeking a SIGINT Analyst (TDNA) to support USASOC/TF 40-25 within the SOFETOPS enterprise. The role focuses on providing technical SIGINT and CYBER guidance, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating inputs across DoD and IC partners.

You will research, analyze, and produce finished SIGINT products and time-sensitive reports to inform senior decision-makers. Strong communication and multi-disciplinary collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, an associate degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience.
• Six years of experience in TDNA/DNEA or MOS equivalent depending on service.
• Experience with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF organizations in targeting and analysis.
• Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.
• Working knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior-level SIGINT analysis to support the SOFETOPS mission and related operations.
• Researches, evaluates, and produces finished, serialized SIGINT reports and time-sensitive outputs.
• Conducts S&T research and analysis on emerging technologies impacting DoD operations.
• Identifies technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign SIGINT systems.
• Prepares and provides S&T products to support DoD concepts and acquisition customers.
• Collaborates with intelligence analysts to enrich analytical understanding and production efforts.
• Coordinates products within DoD and IC agencies across the S&T Enterprise.
• Provides digital and analog analysis support to characterize commercial devices.
• Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities.
