Job summary

Baylor College of Medicine, in collaboration with Texas Children's Hospital, is seeking an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology to provide pediatric anesthesia services.

The successful candidate will be board certified or eligible in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology, with fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology and possibly Pediatric Pain Medicine. This is a clinically and academically focused role in a leading pediatric center.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in anesthesiology.
• Board-certified or eligible in pediatric anesthesiology.
• Additional subspecialty training in pediatric anesthesia and pediatric cardiac anesthesia is preferable.

Summary

Texas Children's Hospital is recruiting for an anesthesiologist faculty position to administer anesthesia services to our pediatric patients. In addition to ACGME Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship training, faculty with fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiology, Pediatric Pain Medicine.This is an exciting opportunity to help contribute to the clinical and academic excellence at Texas Children's Hospital. Employment is through Baylor College of Medicine, reporting to the Anesthesiologist-in-Chief, with oversight also by the TCH Community In-Chief Physician.

Required Education:

• Medical School Degree; Residency in Anesthesiology; Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology; Fellowship in Pediatric Pain Medicine.
