Job summary

Cancelled Breaks is hiring a live-stream host to engage audiences during card-break events. This onsite role requires knowledge of trading card games, high energy communication, and the ability to promote products during streams.

Paid training is provided, with growth opportunities and a performance-based bonus that can reach six figures for top performers. You will work on-site five days a week, watch streams to learn the brand, and help build a loyal community around Cancelled Breaks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trading card games (One Piece / Pokemon)
• Able to work onsite 5 days a week
• Open availability including evenings and weekends
• Basic tech skills; familiarity with streaming platforms and Google Drive is a bonus
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic, positive personality with audience engagement focus
• Reliable, punctual with accountability
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create a fun, interactive atmosphere.
• Maintain a consistent streaming schedule and meet production goals.
• Monitor chat and communicate effectively to build relationships and a loyal community.
• Promote products and upsell during live streams to drive sales.
• Host live streams showcasing trading card breaks and collectibles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Cancelled Breaks brand.
• Assist with pre-shipping tasks including packaging and labeling orders.
• Help with card sorting and organization after streams to ensure accuracy.

At Cancelled Breaks, we provide comprehensive training to ensure our streamers are set up for success.

Training includes:

• Live Streaming Basics: Guidance on using streaming platform including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth training on trading card games and the industry to help you confidently engage with the audience and sell products.
• Customer Engagement: Techniques to interact with viewers, build community relationships, and handle common customer questions or concerns.
• Sales Strategies: Tips and techniques for promoting products, upselling, and increasing overall sales during streams.
• Company Policies: Overview of Cancelled Breaks' brand values, guidelines, and expectations for professionalism and consistency.
• Competitive base salary with performance-driven bonus opportunities, offering the potential to earn as much as $100,000 per year for top performers.
