As part of TCEQ Administrative Services, you would help support the logistical and operational structure for TCEQ statewide -- the business foundation for the whole agency. See details about what we do. This position is a member of our Staff Services Division.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Perform electronic document imaging and printing services work, involving operating and maintaining digital imaging equipment and software, scanners, reproduction and bindery equipment; and scheduling and completing print orders and other duplication services.
  • Perform and review highly complex electronic document imaging and printing services work, sorts, organizes, and prepare documents for imaging into an electronic format; determine correct format and proper equipment settings to produce clear, high-quality print images.
  • Determine procedures and methods for handling job orders. Consult with agency staff on copy services requirements.
  • Maintain production logs, prepare reports, inventory supplies, and materials expended.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and initiating corrective action.
  • Deliver finished products.
  • Lift and relocate 50 lbs.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Experience in preparing documents for imaging into an electronic format.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Three years of full-time experience in the operation offset duplicators, presses, or other duplicating equipment, including photocopiers.

WORK SCHEDULE

Standard business hours are M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Individual and work group schedule determined by the Staff Services Division.
