The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) seeks an attorney to support the Executive Director by ensuring agency decisions follow the law and that policies comply with statutes within the General Law Division.
In this role you will provide legal advice on employment law matters, represent the Director in disputes, investigate internal complaints, and help develop policies and training materials related to ethics and employment issues.

NOTE: Applicants who have taken the Texas Bar Exam and are awaiting admission pending MPRE results may still be considered for employment in a non-Attorney position.
