The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a TBI Research Activities Manager to facilitate information flow among DHA TBICoE stakeholders, contract staff, and government personnel on site in Silver Spring, MD.

The role focuses on optimizing TBICoE's clinical and translational research portfolio and delivering analytics on personnel actions and study progress. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree (PhD preferred) in health science or related

Qualifications

Master's degree in health science or related field required.
PhD in neurocognitive research preferred, with health science/project management experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitates information flow between DHA TBICoE stakeholders and contract staff.
Oversees program summaries and reports for TBICoE leadership and contract leadership.
Analyzes portfolio progress, timelines, budgets, and collaborations to optimize performance.
Supports study proposals with documentation and budget requirements.
Manages cross‑functional coordination for research agreements (CRADA, DUA, DSA, etc.).
Ensures compliance with HRP, IRB, and contractual requirements; identifies gaps and improves processes.
Maintains TBICoE research portfolio and coordinates quarterly status analyses.
Supports grant applications and dissemination activities for TBICoE staff.
