Job summary

Mic Glen is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring smooth operations at our Taco Bell locations. In this role, you will take ownership of your shifts, ensuring that all Team Members complete their assigned tasks and that customers receive safe, quality food.

You will handle customer complaints effectively, communicate openly with management, and adhere to policies regarding security and inventory. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Massachusetts.

Shift Lead

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
