Job summary

TaylorMED MRI in Henderson, NV is seeking a motivated MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team on a part-time or PRN basis.

You will perform scans per established protocols, ensure image quality, and maintain safety standards while delivering compassionate patient care and coordinating with PACS.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required.
• ARMRIT MR certification preferred.
• ARRT registration as RT(R) required.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate and population-specific care; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and safety standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable MRI Technologist to join our team on a part-time or PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and safety standards
• Evaluate image quality and ensure accurate transmission to PACS
• Troubleshoot MRI systems and address technical issues promptly
• Adhere strictly to MRI safety policies and procedures
• Deliver patient care with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency

Qualifications

Required:

• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR) certification
• Current ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist R.T. (R)
• Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate and population-specific care
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

This role may require lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs, including patients or medical equipment. The position involves frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, crouching, and manual dexterity.
