Job summary

Beyel Brothers in Florida seeks a Taxi Crane Operator to manage our taxi crane fleet on construction sites and industrial facilities. You will lift, move, and position materials and equipment, following load charts and job orders for precise configurations.

The role requires NCCCO certification, a CDL, and 1–3 years of crane experience. You will perform pre-op checks, rig loads, coordinate with ground crews, complete paperwork, and assist with crane maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NCCCO certification required.
• CDL license for at least 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of crane operation, load capacities, and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Operate taxi cranes to lift and move materials and equipment on sites.
• Interpret load charts and work orders to determine crane configuration and procedures.
• Perform pre-operational crane inspections and report defects.
• Rig loads using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Coordinate with ground personnel via signals or radio.
• Follow safety regulations to prevent accidents and damage.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Conduct routine crane maintenance and minor repairs.
