PwC is seeking an Associate for Tax Innovation and Delivery Software Engineering in New York. You will contribute to building software solutions for the tax practice, learning through client engagements and projects, and delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop using C#.NET and JavaScript, participate in architecture discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure robust, scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher expected.
• Entry-level role suitable for candidates finishing final year of studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions using C#.NET and JavaScript to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with team to design software architecture and OO design principles.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot to enhance performance and reliability.
• Engage in active listening and feedback to improve development processes.
• Utilize REST Client and React Native for building responsive apps.
• Analyze requirements to align software with business objectives.
• Support tax innovation and delivery initiatives through design and development activities.
• Explore new technologies to improve engineering approaches.
• Provide technical insights to support client engagements in tax consulting.
