Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, accounting, or business management.
• Minimum four years of related experience in construction engineering/management, cost segregation, or depreciation.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to meet client service, quality, and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Effective project management across multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed analyses of building costs and cost segregation studies.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, review invoices, inspect facilities, and draft client reports.
• Review depreciation and asset maintenance for tax treatment.
• Maintain Excel roll-forward schedules and asset records in software.
• Train and mentor TPStax associates on scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Research tax guidance on tangible property matters.
• Travel 10–20% of time and maintain direct client contact.
