BPM is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our Flowthrough practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work with managers, directors, and partners to deliver strategic tax solutions for closely held businesses and entities, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
The role emphasizes reviewing complex tax returns, identifying planning opportunities, and staying current on tax developments.

As a Tax Supervisor within BPM's Flowthrough practice, you will play a key role in helping closely held businesses, partnerships, S corporations, and their owners navigate complex tax matters and achieve their financial goals..
In this role, you will work closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners to provide strategic tax solutions, identify planning opportunities, and deliver exceptional client service. You'll review and mentor the work of Associates and Seniors, helping develop the next generation of tax professionals while ensuring the quality and accuracy of client deliverables.

Note: This position is onsite for candidates located in the Bay Area, who will be expected to work a hybrid work schedule.
$103,000 - $128,000 a year
Compensation reflects multiple factors including experience, certifications, skills, and geographic differentials,
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
