Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior experience
• CPA certified or CPA candidacy preferred
• Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly to senior team members and clients
• Strong client engagement skills
• Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning and compliance

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax returns and perform tax research
• Respond to tax notices from taxing authorities
• Review tax information supplied by the client and meet with and/or contact client regarding tax questions
• Recognize, anticipate, and resolve tax issues and make recommendations
• Adapt to the company's practices, policies, and culture
