This role is responsible for organizing, managing, and completing tax engagements while ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant tax services. The Tax Supervisor serves as a key bridge between Senior Associates and Managers, taking ownership of engagements while supporting both technical execution and team coordination.
In addition to technical execution, this role provides leadership to staff, supports client relationships, and plays a critical role in developing team members.
