Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC in Denver, CO, seeks a tax professional to prepare and review returns for Individuals, Partnerships, and S/C-corporations. You will work with Subchapter K, research tax issues, and help plan year-round strategies aligned to client goals.

The role requires 3+ years in U.S. tax consulting in public accounting, with leadership experience and a CPA or equivalent preferred. Colorado pay ranges are disclosed and compensation varies by location and role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the Financial Services industry supporting Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and Real Estate.
• Minimum of 3 years of U.S. tax consulting/compliance experience in public accounting, preferably with partnerships and other entity types.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising the work of others, including delegation, training and development of staff and interns.
• CPA or equivalent credential preferred.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $85,100 - $116,000. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $93,600 - $127,500. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $97,900 - $133,400. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
