You will supervise tax staff, manage engagements, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting practice growth and profitability through proactive planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing tax compliance for individuals and businesses.
• Ability to supervise staff and develop juniors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients.

• Supervise staff, review work product, and support training and development.
• Monitor engagement budgets and drive profitability and process improvements.
