You will assist partners and managers, prepare tax returns for individuals and entities, and grow your technical expertise in a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or EA certification eligibility highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of income tax preparation experience.
• Strong accounting skills including reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and accrual to cash conversions.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with tax software and the preparation of workpapers that support tax returns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including expert English verbal and written skills.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client books and records to identify adjustments necessary to prepare accurate income tax returns.
• Prepare individual, trust, estate, partnership, S corporation, and C corporation tax returns.
• Prepare multi-state income tax returns.
