Premier Financial Search is assisting a multi-office CPA firm in Beverly Hills to recruit a Tax Associate. You will handle accurate and timely tax return preparation for individuals, tax-exempt entities, and various business structures, while engaging with complex and varied assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.
• CPA candidate pursuing licensure preferred; an active CPA license is a plus.
• At least one year of public accounting experience.
• Experience with tax preparation and tax research software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Individual, S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership, Estate, Trust, and Non-Profit tax returns.
• Prepare and review payroll and sales tax returns.
• Prepare year-end adjusting entries and working trial balance.
• Assist with budget and cash-flow analysis.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address questions, and resolve concerns.
