TaxRise Inc. is seeking a Tax Specialist (IRS Support) to join our on-site team in Irvine, CA. You will manage IRS and state agency communications, handle POA submissions, and keep meticulous case records to ensure accurate processing of complex tax matters for clients.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of CRM/tax platform experience, PTIN/CAF (or ability to obtain), and strong communication and organization skills. A competitive hourly wage plus a monthly performance bonus awaits.

As a Tax Specialist (IRS Support) at TaxRise, you’ll be at the forefront of case management, working directly with the IRS and state agencies to resolve complex tax matters on behalf of our clients. You’ll serve as a key contact for communication, documentation, and status tracking, helping ensure every case is processed accurately and efficiently.
