The Sales Tax Specialist will support the Financial Accounting team with the collection, validation, tracking, and maintenance of customer sales tax exemption certificates. The primary focus of this role will be contacting customers by phone and email to obtain missing, updated, or expiring certificates and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate based on applicable state requirements.
