Job summary

EY is seeking a Services Manager in FSO EDGE RHC to deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting for clients in real estate, hospitality, and construction. You will lead engagement teams, ensure timely and accurate tax returns, and escalate complex issues to senior professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in professional services or tax within financial services.
• Broad exposure to real estate tax, partnership taxation, REITs, tax compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, people, and projects.
• CPA/EA or licensed attorney preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients in FSO EDGE RHC.
• Coordinate delivery to meet deadlines and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction on complex tax matters and assign tasks to staff.
• Review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop team members and foster client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of real estate, hospitality, and construction tax issues.
