EY's FSO EDGE Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction (RHC) practice offers tailored tax services to real estate clients. A Services Manager will deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work, coordinating with senior professionals to ensure timely and accurate results.

We seek leaders with strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills, plus 5+ years in tax services within financial services. EY provides a hybrid work model and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years in a professional services or tax services organization.
Broad exposure to real estate tax technical and transaction skills.
Experience managing budgets, people, and projects.
CPA, EA or licensed attorney credential.

Responsibilities

Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting delivery services for clients.
Lead projects and manage engagement deliverables and team resources.
Escalate complex tax and client matters to senior management as needed.
Advise on complex tax matters and coordinate daily work activities.
Review staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
