The ideal candidate has 3+ years in public accounting, CPA preferred, and a background in C corps, partnerships, and high-net-worth individual tax.

Qualifications

• Three years of public accounting experience with progression in tax complexity and research.
• Experience supervising and directing tax preparers.

Responsibilities

• Performs tax preparation and review of returns and examinations of any complexity.
• Assumes responsibility for tax returns and delegates to staff as needed.
• Delivers client service within budgeted time and manages tax research projects.
• Represents clients before taxing authorities as required.
• Supervises staff and provides on-the-job training.
