Role Overview

As a Tax Senior, you’ll bring strong technical skills, growing leadership ability, and a client service mindset to firms that prioritize both career advancement and quality of life. In this role, you’ll take ownership of tax engagements, support and review staff-level work, and contribute to delivering excellent client service in a modern, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review complex tax compliance engagements for individuals and businesses.
  • Assist with tax planning and advisory projects in collaboration with firm leadership.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff accountants, offering constructive feedback and support.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards and evolving tax laws.
  • Use technology to streamline workflows and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
Requirements
  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects independently
  • Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
