Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to clients and engagement teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff throughout the audit process.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations and industry trends.
