Job summary

Boos & Associates, a Fresno-area CPA and Consulting firm, seeks a Senior Tax professional to provide planning, compliance and advisory services for a diverse client base. You will work closely with leadership and engage in complex tax projects across individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

The role requires CPA/EA or similar credentials with 3+ years of tax experience. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered in the Long Beach, CA office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Three+ years of tax experience in public accounting, private industry, or consulting.
• CPA, Attorney, or EA preferred; strong tax knowledge and research ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients.
• Research complex tax issues and stay current with tax law changes.
• Review financial statements for GAAP compliance and collaborate with clients.
