CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Greater Chicagoland Tax practice. This role emphasizes delivery of tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, corporations, and partnerships in a collaborative team environment.

The position requires an active CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) and at least 2 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on client service and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) or eligible to sit for CPA exams and meet 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work with tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.

• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client exposure, self-study, and training opportunities.
• Work with many great clients.
