Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join the Boston Real Estate Advisory team. This hybrid role collaborates with clients and internal specialists to deliver tax planning, compliance and research services for real estate entities.

You will work with a supportive team, manage deadlines, and develop client relationships. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive tax experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• CPA, JD or EA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive tax experience; real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partnership tax compliance, tax research and tax planning.
• Work with a team to meet department deadlines.
• Assist with 1065 tax returns review and processing.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.
