Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Alexandria, MN Tax practice. You will prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation and partnership engagements, partnering with clients to provide customized tax advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) or eligible to sit for CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.
• At least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
