Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
• Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus.
• Strong client service orientation with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base.
• Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements.
• Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers.
• Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service.
• Train and mentor Staff Accountsants while supporting team development.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment.

What you bring to the role:

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range: $83,700 - $123,100 per year.
