Job summary

Rehmann is seeking a tax professional to prepare and review returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations and other entities. You will assist with planning, research tax matters, and deliver proactive client service while collaborating across the firm.

With 2–6 years of tax experience, CPA license preferred, you will mentor staff and contribute ideas to improve client service and processes while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of tax experience in public accounting or related role.
  • CPA license preferred or active pursuit of certification.
  • Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
  • Passion for helping teammates and clients succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor staff associates and interns as they develop their technical and professional skills.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client service, team effectiveness, and firm processes.
  • Support local businesses, organizations, and communities through meaningful client work and community involvement.
