Job summary

CST Group is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business and individual clients, develop technical expertise, and build strong client relationships while contributing to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review business (specifically S Corporation and individual tax returns).
• Assist with tax planning and consulting projects for clients across multiple industries.
• Research tax issues and apply findings to client situations.
• Communicate directly with clients and internal team members.
• Manage assigned engagements and meet project deadlines.
• Support managers and partners with client service initiatives.
• Mentor and assist associates as needed.
• Continue developing technical and professional skills while staying current on tax law changes and industry developments.
