Boyer & Ritter is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Associate to join our Camp Hill, PA office. The role focuses on organizing engagements for the tax team and supervising staff to deliver accurate individual, trust, gift, and business tax returns.

Ideal candidates have an active CPA license or are licensed soon, with 3+ years of public accounting tax experience and strong knowledge of tax software, including 990 preparation. We emphasize work-life balance and hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years progressive tax experience with a public accounting firm.
• Strong experience with estate, trust, and gift taxation.
• Strong experience with individual and business return preparation and review.
• Ability to supervise and manage engagements and teams.
• Strong knowledge of tax principals.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple clients while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax software packages.
• 990 preparation.
