What You’ll Do
  • Review a variety of individual, corporate, and partnership returns with accuracy and insight
  • Provide direct guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering their technical growth and confidence
  • Conduct in-depth research on tax issues and prepare clear, well-reasoned memos for both internal and client use
  • Stay on top of regulatory changes and help ensure clients remain compliant and proactive
  • Participate in internal trainings and contribute to firmwide quality initiatives
  • Build strong client relationships by identifying opportunities to add lasting value
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • CPA or EA preferred (or in progress)
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to work independently while thriving in a team environment
Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience
  • Comprehensive health, dental, life, and disability insurance
  • Generous PTO and holiday schedule
  • 401(k) with firm contributions
  • Paid professional development, continuing education, and CPA exam / licensing support
  • Fully remote flexibility within a collaborative, mentorship-driven culture
  • Unique team events, internal committees, and an annual firmwide retreat
