The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA licensure or active pursuit, and 3+ years of public accounting experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, CCH).
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff Accountants.
