Keystone Distinction Group in North Phoenix is seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Accountant to join our boutique CPA firm and grow into a managers role.

This in-person position offers a salary up to $120K, commensurate with experience, and a path toward leadership as you manage tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of tax experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with financial statement review and compilations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with other members of the firm
• Proficiency in accounting software
