  • Manage client engagements from planning through delivery.
  • Research and resolve complex tax issues.

  • Supervise, mentor, and review work of staff accountants and interns.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients.

Tax Senior

Location: Hybrid or Remote (Texas-based candidates preferred)
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + up to 25% bonus
Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review federal and multistate tax returns for partnerships, corporations, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Manage client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
  • Research and resolve complex tax issues, including multi-state and pass-through entity matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client advisory services.
  • Supervise, mentor, and review work performed by staff accountants and interns.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
